Terms, Confidentiality and Copyright 2023:

 

LDA Communications, it's directors, staff and affiliates produces ideas and proposals for businesses and talent, plus brokers commercial partnerships / ambassadorships for media, celebrities, talent, athletes, influencers and contacts in good faith for all parties, existing or new clients and businesses.

 

Copyright of all email information including third party attachments sent by LDA, it's directors, staff and affiliates belongs wholly to LDA Communications Ltd and cannot be executed or used fully or in part. All information and communication verbally or in writing must remain confidential and cannot be divulged to any third party.

 

LDA will renegotiate all client / talent contracts for a minimum period of two years or a longer term, if contained in a contract. 

 

LDA is paid a commission fee on all our negotiated deals, which is calculated from overall fee payable by the client. This covers the introduction, deal negotiations, contracts including legal checking if required and ongoing liaison and support to both clients and talent.

 

Content should be read by the addressee only and not forwarded to any third party without written consent by LDA. LDA, it's directors, staff and affiliates occasionally records telephone communication to ensure accuracy of information and subsequent written notes.
